After your free assessment, we propose one flat monthly number scoped to the size and needs of your business, and your plan documents exactly what it covers. Additional benefits unlock at higher tiers: plans over $4,000 per month include our Standard tier benefits, and plans over $8,000 per month include our Plus tier benefits. What happens between the assessment and the subscription?

If your assessment surfaces critical or urgent needs, we address those first with a Legal Improvement Plan: a separately priced, flat-fee project typically completed in the first 30–60 days. Non-urgent development projects don't require one — they go into your Legal Project Pipeline, prioritized alongside your other projects and covered by your monthly subscription. Fix what's urgent first, then maintain and improve.

It's the document at the heart of your subscription: your plan defines the outcomes we're responsible for, the cadence of reviews and calls, and the scope assumptions behind your flat monthly price. Essentials includes our basic plan; Standard is custom-scoped to your business; Plus adds strategic scoping that moves your top business objectives forward.

Can I change plans?

What happens if my needs spike one month?

Spikes are part of the plan. Your custom plan is built on documented scope assumptions, and we absorb normal volatility without surprise invoices. If your needs shift in a sustained way, the plan includes a mechanism to adjust scope, discussed with you in advance, never billed by surprise.

How are out-of-plan projects handled?

Projects outside your plan's scope are quoted separately — almost always as a flat fee, agreed before work begins. Hourly billing is a last resort, reserved for the rare situation where flat-fee scoping genuinely isn't appropriate. Our model is flat-fee and outcome-based. That's the point.
